Pingwind hires Julie Lorfano as Director of Contracts

Julie Lorfano brings extensive experience in contracts management of professional services and information technology contracts in the government marketplace. She has served in numerous executive and managerial roles at Motorola, Oracle, and SRA, in addition to small businesses. Julie has specialized in the Federal DoD, Health, and Intel spaces. She has a BS in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master’s Certificate in Government Contracting from ESI/George Washington University
